Return Policy
Damaged in Transit
If your product was damaged in transit contact connect@dearestlittledecals.com within 4 days of delivery taking place so that we may file a claim with the appropriate shipping company, and quickly send you a brand new replacement. You will need to email us your name, order number, and details of the damage, as well as photos of the damage.
30 day satisfaction guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with the print, and it is in new and unused condition, just contact connect@dearestlittledecals.com with your name, order number, and purpose for the return. Use RETURN in the subject line, and we will send you a return label. You will be responsible to pay return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
You may purchase an 8″x 11″ sample to view the printed colors, fabric texture, and strength of adhesive before ordering.

Installation
Allow newly painted walls to cure for 30 days.
Wash target area with a lint free rag and water. If you have non-VOC paint please refer to the information below, under tips and tricks.
Wash hands.
Before adhering the decals to the wall, first we recommend placing the decals on the wall, without removing it from the backing. Cutting the backing around the individual pieces may be necessary. Then make a few small target marks on the wall, around the decal pieces, with a pencil to minimize repositioning.
Remove decal fabric from backing and place in the desired location. Once the decal is in place use a hand to press onto the wall, and into minimal texture.
Shipping Policy
We charge a $5.00 USD flat rate shipping fee, for all orders, within the USA.
Most purchases ship within 3-5 business days. On rare occasions there may be a delay if demand is greater than production.
For international orders- Customers must contact connect@dearetlittledecals.com before placing an order. We need to ensure that the destination country allows oversized parcels. We also want the customer to be aware of any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. that may be required by the country for importing consumer goods.
Tips and Tricks
Use two adults to install.
If you get a bubble when installing the prints or decals, you can either use a sharp pin to poke the material, and let air out, or give it a couple of days to permeate the fabric by itself.
If your walls are painted with non-VOC paint, use a mixture of 50%+ isopropyl alcohol and water to wash the walls, in the area you want the decals to stick. * This will potentially change the sheen of your paint. Test an area first to make sure you are ok with the result.*
If edges have been disrupted, and wont adhere anymore, try one of these adhesive glues.
